This Refund Policy explains how Happy Horse handles payments for credit packages and related services.

Credit Purchases

Happy Horse operates on a prepaid credit system. When you purchase a package, credits are added to your account for image and video generation.

• Credits are digital goods delivered immediately after successful payment.
• Purchased credits do not expire.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased.

Pricing and Billing

• Air Pack: $9.99 for 200 credits
• Pro Pack: $99.99 for 3,000 credits
• Max Pack: $699.99 for 30,000 credits
• All prices are charged in USD unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to update pricing with advance notice, as described in our Terms of Service.

Exceptions

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same order, or experienced a billing error caused by our payment flow, contact us and we will review the transaction.

This policy does not create any refund right for used, partially used, or unused credits beyond what is required by applicable law.
